Residents living on Jl. Kemuning RT 04, 08, and 10 RW 01 Rawa Bunga Urban Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta have enjoyed the benefits of infiltration wells built in their area.

There are no puddles after infiltration wells installed

RW 01 Rawa Bunga Head, Dwi Lestari mentioned, there were 8 infiltration wells in the area, consisting of 4 infiltration wells in RT 04, 2 infiltration wells in RT 08, and 2 infiltration wells in RT 10. When heavy rain falls, no puddles in area with infiltration wells. The road is also dry when the rain stops. Prior to infiltration wells installation, many puddles in the area that were quite disturbing for resident's comfort.

"There are no puddles after infiltration wells installed," she said, Thursday (12/16).

Rawa Bunga Urban Village Head, Syafei conveyed, there were 166 infiltration wells built in the area. Those were built by Water Resources (SDA) Agency, collaborators, East Jakarta Mayor KSD, and others. Currently, infiltration wells installation has been completed. Specifically for infiltration wells in KSD which made by urban village PPSU personnel.

"Total infiltration wells built in Rawa Bunga Urban Village reaches 166 units. All of them has been built in 9 RWs," he informed.
